The beautiful lobby, with its unique views of the city and handcrafted carpets, provided a lovely space to relax and take in the atmosphere. Additionally, the hotel's accessibility for senior people was impressive, with easy navigation and thoughtful design elements that made getting around a breeze.

A better vacation for senior people could be enhanced by providing larger and more comfortable seating options in the lobby area.

Loved exploring the New York or Berlin style art gallery in the lobby. The island atmosphere and cool steel headboards added to the experience.

The recycled wood furniture made me feel like I was in a vintage car or plane. How unique!

The rooms are spacious and chic, and the staff are friendly and efficient. Breakfast is generous, and the barista serves fresh espresso or cappuccino.

The surroundings are not the nicest, and some guests might find it to be too crowded.

In the cozy, bright, and stylish rooms with queen size beds, I felt like royalty! The art gallery in the lobby gave a sophisticated New York vibe, making me feel like a high society art connoisseur. The unique views of the Sierra de Madrid and the picturesque Madrid sunsets were a treat for the senses.

Hot water wasn't so available in the morning.

The design of the rooms is stunning, with a spacious and quiet atmosphere. The highlight was definitely the huge bath in the room, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices, and the staff provided impressive service. I highly recommend this hotel for its central location, comfortable rooms, and friendly staff.

The staff was very friendly and professional, and they provided excellent customer service. The hotel decor was excellent, especially the lobby and corridor. We particularly liked the eco-friendly features such as using the room key to activate the lights. This hotel is centrally located and is within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. the hotel facilities were very clean and well-maintained.
